By using the bagban.net site and the BAĞBAN: Harvest Run game (the "Service"), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the service

BAĞBAN is a game offered free of charge in the browser and on Android devices. The Service is provided "as is"; its content, features, and availability may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

2. Conditions of use

• You will use the Service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
• In shared areas such as the leaderboard, you may not use nicknames or content that are insulting, obscene, or that infringe the rights of others.
• You may not attempt to circumvent the Service's security mechanisms, manipulate score or progress data, or harm its infrastructure.
• You may not disrupt the Service by sending excessive requests through automated tools.

3. Intellectual property

All content, including the game's name, logo, graphics, text, code, and design, belongs to the respective rights holders and is protected by copyright. Components released as open source are subject to their own license terms (see the project repository). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

4. Third-party links and services

The Service may contain links to third-party services (Cloudflare, Diyanet prayer times, Google, GitHub, etc.). BAĞBAN is not responsible for the content or practices of these parties.

5. Advertising

Advertising (e.g., Google AdSense) may be displayed in the Service in the future. Ad content is served by ad networks; while reasonable efforts are made to limit inappropriate categories, BAĞBAN cannot be held responsible for the content of every ad shown.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided free of charge and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions that may arise from the use of the Service.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version takes effect the moment it is published on this page.
