This Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled when you use the BAĞBAN: Harvest Run game offered on bagban.net (the "Site"). The Site is operated by an independent project run under the pen name gndzlp. Contact: [email protected].

1. Core approach

BAĞBAN is built with a privacy-conscious design. The game runs largely on your device (client-side); you do not need to create an account or provide personal information in order to play.

2. Data processed

a) Data stored on your device (localStorage)

Your game progress, your settings (sound, language, accessibility), your statistics and the nickname you choose are kept in your browser's local storage. This data is not automatically sent to our servers and remains only on your device. When you clear your browser data, this information is deleted.

b) Leaderboard (score submission)

If you choose to submit your score to the leaderboard, the nickname and score information you set are sent to a Cloudflare Worker service. Please do not use a real first/last name that reveals your identity as your nickname. This only happens at your own choice.

c) Prayer times

For the prayer-time feature in the game, prayer-time information may be obtained from the Directorate of Religious Affairs of Turkey (Diyanet) (vakit.diyanet.gov.tr) service. These requests are subject to the privacy practices of that third party.

d) Server logs

The Site is hosted on the Cloudflare Pages infrastructure. For security and service continuity, the hosting provider may keep technical information such as IP addresses in standard access logs.

3. Cookies and advertising

Cookies other than essential ones are used only with your explicit consent (see the Cookie Policy). When Google AdSense ads are displayed on the Site in the future, Google and its partners may use cookies to show interest-based advertising. Advertising/analytics cookies are not loaded unless you give consent. You can manage Google's advertising cookies through Ad Settings.

5. Children's privacy

The game aims to offer content suitable for all ages and does not request personal data in order to play. When advertising is enabled, the necessary measures are taken to comply with policies on content directed at children.
